  • Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more.

2. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

To ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible, please note our processing and delivery timelines:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–8 business days.

3. SHIPPING TERRITORY

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

4. SHIPPING METHODS & TRACKING

We partner with major carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your package arrives safely.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS & MODIFICATIONS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit.
  • If you need to request a change before the item has shipped, please contact us immediately at support@petpulsi.com.

6. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

PETPULSI is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
