At PetPulsi.com, we want you and your furry friends to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. RETURN PROCESS

We make returns easy through our Automated Return Center. Please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Access our Return Center Page (powered by 17Track).
  2. Provide Details: Enter your Order Number and Email. For damaged or incorrect items, please upload clear photos and a brief description of the issue directly in the portal (or email us at support@petpulsi.com).
  3. Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. Once approved, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned product within 3 business days to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Please note: Items returned to us without a prior authorized return request will not be accepted.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & FEES

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), PetPulsi.com will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@petpulsi.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, such as:

  • Used Pet Brushes.
  • Pet Feeding Mats that show signs of use.
  • Personalized or custom products.
